Shared Kitchen / Tea Room

A shared kitchen/tea room is available with:

- Refrigerator, microwave, kettle

- Coffee maker, toaster

- Dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, and cups

- Biscuits (classic and chocolate)

- Tea (black, green, and lemon) and chamomile tea

- Rusks, cereals, jam, and Nutella

- Water and milk

All of this is provided free of charge for our guests for light snacks and afternoon refreshments.

Interiors and Exsteriors

Our property is located on the fifth floor of a renovated early 20th-century building.

The Art Nouveau buildings of the early 20th century are distinguished by their sinuous and curved lines, an abundance of floral decorations and naturalistic motifs, the use of innovative materials such as wrought iron and ceramics (majolica), and the integration of applied arts. They often reflect a bourgeois desire for modernity and progress, with striking details such as female figures and symbols of the Belle Époque, creating theatrical and richly detailed façades.
